 "The
total patient is my primary concern. I am dedicated to providing an environment of
comfort and confidentiality for each of my patients. My staff and I are
compassionate and straightforward -- every step will be explained as clearly and directly
as possible.
Be assured that I know staff and patient rapport and
communication is essential to the success of any procedure.
I am aware that the decision or need to have plastic

staff, and encourage your questions about anything that concerns you."
