New Image Plastic Surgery Associates is now offering a new approach to tightening loose skin and smoothing out wrinkles from the inside out! ThermiRF is a revolutionary, newer procedure that improves skin laxity and combats wrinkles by using thermistor-regulated radio frequency energy (RF).

We offer two variables to this technology in our office: the ThermiTight and ThermiSmooth.

What is ThermiSmooth?

ThermiSmooth uses the same RF technology but works a little differently. A small handpiece delivers RF precise heating to the skin’s surface. ThermiSmooth treatments are gentle, and patients often say it feels like receiving a warm massage.

Warmth applied to deep dermal connective tissue shrinks and tightens in the RF therapy session. Lines and creases that have developed over the course of years smooth in response.
