THERMItight® and THERMIsmooth®

THERMItight and THERMIsmooth are treatments that use radio frequency to address skin laxity and wrinkles. While both use thermal heat energy to stimulate collagen production in targeted areas of the body, they utilize slightly different techniques, making them individually better suited to meet different patients’ needs.

THERMItight is applied underneath the skin and takes only one treatment. It is ideal for patients with significant skin sagging in areas such as the face, neck, arms, breasts, and abdomen. Even though THERMItight is applied underneath the skin, the procedure is minimally invasive and requires little to now downtime.

THERMIsmooth is applied to the surface of the skin and requires three treatments spaced over the course of a few weeks. This treatment is often ideal for fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes and lips, but Dr. Gartside may recommend it for other parts of the body as well. As with all procedures, this depends entirely on factors unique to you.
